I've lost/don't know my password
To get your password, go to the authors page, select your name in the middle table, and click the "Edit" button.  Your password should then be e-mailed to you. 
This procedure will not work in two situations.  One is where you cannot find your name in the drop-down menu; in this case, you are not registered as an author and need to do so.  Click the Register button on this page to do so.
The other situation is when the e-mail address we have for you is incorrect.  In this case, please contact the administrator.

I can't upload files
If you cannot upload files for a new or updated submission, there may be several reasons for this:
1. You have a proxy server and it blocks uploads over a certain size (often 1MB).  To upload, either use a computer where a proxy server is not installed, or temporarily disable your own proxy.  To do so in Internet Explorer, click TOOLS>Internet Options, choose "Connections", click "Settings", then uncheck the boxes in "automatic configuration" and "Proxy server".  Now try uploading your files. 
2. Your upload is too big.  Our server will reject documents over 8MB in size.
3. Your upload times out.  If your file takes too long to upload, our server may 'fall asleep' and forget about your file.  This shouldn't happen unless your internet connection is very slow and your file is large.  Solution: upload the file from a faster computer.

A button/procedure on the upload form doesn't work
Javascript must be turned on for some of the scripts to work on the upload pages.
