When you click 'GET FILE' a small window will appear. It will say 'Generating file...'. Please wait -- if
you have specified a lot of RoAs, it may take a while to generate the bibliography file.
When the file is generated, a link will appear in the small window.
If you left-click the link, it will open in a browser window. You can then choose FILE>SAVE to save the file to your computer.
Alternatively, you can right-click the link and choose SAVE AS directly.
