When referring to papers, the Archive interface only requires the sequence number
(the first three digits). Citation
by sequence number (ex. ROA-###) is therefore sufficient for bibliographic
purposes as well. The citation should also include reference to the Optimality
Archive and its URL. For example:
Green, Thomas and Michael Kenstowicz. 1995. The Lapse Constraint. Ms. MIT.
